I bought a pioneer ddj rb and when I checked the package there wasn't the license key for rekordbox dj, I want to know what I can do to get my license or maybe the support can give me the license key please.
@Mathias > Sorry to hear that, each package should include one from the factory. Please inquire with your retailer first, especially if it was an open-package or B-stock product.

The package wasn't open and it was new, I want to know maybe if I can get the license key with the serial code or something like that, please help me.
