ddi sx2

Hi I am experiencing some problems with my ddi sx2. when switched to the line mic or cd setting all the channel seem to pulse constantly. I have plug everything out and this still occurs. What should i do next as I am working this weekend. Is there a local pioneer engineer in the west midland or close wolverhampton area.
