Any advice, how to backup/sync Rekordbox settings between multiple PC's?
Not actual library but Program settings?
Or just copy Pioneer folder from AppData to another machine and hope for the best?

Yep, use this folder: C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Roaming\Pioneer\rekordbox
But be careful, you will likely break your activation if you just copy everything. Be sure to ignore the activations.xml file!
Oh, and I don't recommend "syncing" it, do it as a one-time thing.
Thx, by "sync" I did not actually mean "active syncing" anyway.
Just occasional manual one, to make sure that they both have same settings and mostly only once after "fresh" installation.
As both of these Tablet's are 100% identical, it would save lot of time tweaking column width's in playlists, etc, etc...
