[Solved] Rekorbox 4.5 to 5.0

I have downloaded rekordbox 5.0 but when I open the app, it is still version 4.5.

How do I get the new version?

Official comment

You were probably loading it from the dock or quicklaunch (spotlight search) so it would have pulled the old one; try replacing it or rename them. Personally, I keep multiple versions installed for testing and support, so I have mine named per the version number.

I notice this when I downloaded rekordboox 5.0 if you goto (on a mac) the application folder to will see it there? the download of 5.0 does not overwrite 4.5 like normal
