with the launch of rekordbox 5 i have lost he ability to select sequence call on the ddj sp1 by double pressing the sampler button, this was available in rekordbox 4 and now has confused my routines, cannot even map the feature back in
the keyboard mode and key shift is great i was using it in the beta version of rb5, however, most recent version, the midi map i spent hours making no longer works, i am able to map a basic midi keyboard, however your software doesn't actually allow the process to actually work and trigger the mapped pads. this a great way to loose customers.
master tempo clock is a mess, especially if using the sampler synced to a master deck then mixing in another track, should technically always switch that track to the master but for some insane reason the sampler becomes the master, everytime, very annoying. sad
i don't even know if i should ask about midi clock yet i mean its 2017 how dare do i ask for basic a production tool to be incorporated into this software like every other software available on the market currently

I was able to remove all my Velocity mappings (I never use it) and substituted the Velocity bar for the SequenceCallMode, and SequenceCallPlay mappings for the pads:
You are missing my point entirely, just because you do t use the function and can delete them and re assign them doesn't fix the softwares problems I actually do use all the features of the "velocity 'mappings"
If that's the cause how do you midi map a double tap of a button
The ddj sp1 should work seamlessly with rekordbox like it did in version 4
I realised you also didn't address any of my point raised about key shift and keyboard mode not being able to trigger keys on a mid piano

Hello, i have same problem with Rekordbox 5.8.5 and SP1 . Rotary/push button on SP1 for Auto Loop on/off is one of the most important thing on SP1 and it’s not not active.
Please help me with remapping on this button
