activate dj rekordbox license keys on another account

Hi, I looked at the forum but I have not yet realized with certainty whether it is possible to transfer my ddj rx to another person with the rekordbox dj software with its license key, so if i can disable my rekordbox dj license key from my account so that you can give it to another person to enable it on your account, is it enough to turn off the key from my account and then reactivate it on my new account? is this the procedure? thank you in advance.
