Using the shift-button plus moving the jog wheel "Quantized Beat Jump/Loop Move" could easily be implemented in the current hardware-Setup:
With Quantized Beat Jump/Loop Move, one could jump backwards or forwards 4 beats from the current playback Position by pressing SHIFT+ moving the jogwheel forwards or backwords like the ddj sx or sr ..
