DJS 1000 info

Waiting on all tech specs, will post once we have them.

Anybody know when the DJS-1000 will be shipping ? pre-ordered mine already waiting on shipping date and when to expect.

The DJS has the 32 seconds sampling limit, it's mentioned in the manual, and also confirmed by Pioneer to DJ Worx (in the comments of the linked article) https://djworx.com/pioneer-dj-djs-1000-sampler-sequencer/

On the Toraiz SP-16 i wasn't too happy with the 32 sec.limit because it was supposed to be a production tool but on the DJS-1000 i don't mind it, being a DJ tool it should work perfect and serve it's purpose,i don't think its even so necessary to have more than 32 on this DJS-1000,great for transitions and to buy some time if we stuck trying to find a track as that jog wheel starts blinking faster we can have some build ups or loops ready to throw in the mix while finding the right track,i like the play and cue button similar to the CDJ that can handle a little abuse by pressing it multiple times,on the Toraiz SP-16 i don't think the buttons can handle that type of abuse and the reason i say is because i had to send mine in already for an exchange because the play button went bad and i really don't know why i wasn't treating it like a CDJ ,but i can say when i get it back and receive the DJS,the Toraiz will be more for just putting together a track and when done pass it on to the DJS and there i can manipulate it however i want and throw that in the mix.
