rekordbox button does nothing.
my XDJ-RX2 works perfectly with Rekordbox with the midi button but the rekordbox button has no functionality with my pc

Uninstalled. No difference. pc is connected via usb. XDJ-rx2 is powered on. Press the rekordbox button and all I get isthe alternating grey bands on the left side of the touch screen and the white field on the right side of the touch screen. I have rebooted thepc and restarted the unit as well

The rekordbox button is for use in EXPORT mode, the MIDI button is for use in PERFORMANCE mode.
