when i export a playlist the way that youtube guides tell me to, that exported file turns into a pdb file and when i try to find that file on my usb drive (witch is in my desktop by this point, not the laptop i try to export from) recordbox cant find it nor load it.

Are you trying to export FROM rekordbox?
It's simple - in rekordbox (export mode), connect a USB drive to your computer, right-click on the playlist you want to export, and select the name of that USB drive.
Yes i am trying to export from recordbox, and i already tried what you said.
when i put the usb stick in my desktop it whont transfer the playlist from the usb to my desktop
Uhm, what? That sounds like you're trying to get the playlist to transfer TO your computer from the USB drive. Can you clarify?
