SAN DISK 3.1 USB
I bought a new USB and Rekordbox don't regognize it. (newest update installed, usb formated, Laptob regognize it, already renamed)
What can I do?

Yeah, because it may have formatted to exFAT, which is not supported. Please use a 3rd-party utility (such as the HP Format tool) to format the drive to FAT32.
