Are you running it as DVS or only as a soundcard/external mixer?

It's a strange behaviour - you may start from the begining;

Set all inputs to "usb" on the mixer;

Plug the usb cable to the computer then go to the driver control panel, go tho the input tab and verify if all channels are correct:

USB 1/2 - CH1 USB

USB 3/4 - CH2 USB

USB 5/6 - CH3 USB

USB 7/8 - CH4 USB

 Then go to the output Tab, set USB 7/8 as RECOUT, leave all others as none/not connected; (for recording porpuses)

Then open up TRAKTOR , go to the preferences, and run the Wizard, the select all options (number of channels, external mixer / NO timecode), etc;

Go to the mix recorder options, select external, then set the same channel (input deck D, or CH4 it depends)

Then close Traktor and run it again

It should work!

Did you tried other sources, as a CDJ or a phone plugged with a p2 stereo to RCA to the mixer line inputs? if you get the same problem it may be an internal (hardware) problem;

You can also do a factory reset on the mixer, on the CLUB menu;

Turn it off, unplug the usb, then press and hold the (on/off - utility) button (Midi section on right upper part of the mixer)  and turn on the mixer;

use the beat < > buttons to select the factory reset option, and TAP to select;

Good Luck!

Thats good news, if it works on the other macbook, surelly it's a traktor/driver/computer error, not a hardware issue. Maybe a clean install of all drivers/Traktor will do the trick
