The ability to autoload samples as they are browsed rather than just previewed. This would make make the search for compatible samples easier whilst a sequence is playing and eliminate the need to press the load button every time.

The preview function allows you to hear the sample before you store it to that pad, having it auto-load would be a disaster because how do you select the right one if it automatically assigns and loads that sample to the memory for that pad?

The point is that each time you scroll through your samples for the selected pad a new sample will automatically replace the existing one.

Let's say for example that you have a sequence programmed in for a kick drum. You're happy with the patten but feel a different sample would work better with the track. Then you simply browse through your folder of kick drums whilst the sequence is playing until you hear a new kick drum that fits better in the mix. If the samples are autoloaded you would be instantly able to hear which sample works best without stopping the track playing or having to press the load button. It's really just a convenience, and one that is employed by Maschine, MPC's, Nerve, Battery, etc......the list is endless.

Hmm, it could be useful if the sequencer played the preview sound, then when you found the sound you want press the encoder to load it, or if you exit without pressing encoder the sound is not loaded.
