I am trying to export My Tag info into my RX2 but they are not coming over. All fields are blank and don't even have the Genre/Components/Situation headings.
I have tried formatting the stick and re-exporting the playlist, in fact before I did that I at least had the headings but now they are gone.
Can anyone advise please?

@Jamie >Apparently this is a new function and there is a bug exporting the MyTag items. Please try exporting those tracks / playlists through EXPORT MODE in rekordbox; the reason it didn't show up is you've exported via PERFORMANCE MODE.

Can you clarify what you mean by "trying to export" that information? If that information exists on the track, it would be exported. Where is it you're looking for it on the RX2?
Hi Pulse, thanks for replying.
I am using My Tag within Rekordbox, I export the playlist to USB and then on the RX I hold down the TRACK FILTER/EDIT button, then hit MY TAG and i get blank fields with no headings. I have attached a photo (hopefully)

Which version of rekordbox / RX2 firmware are you using?
Rekordbox is 5.02, the Rx2 is 1.20
I'll pass this up to our rekordbox team for their input.

Export Mode does not work for me and now i find my tags does not work when exporting track info to USB.. Im starting to regret sticking with Pioneer.. Even this website seems broken
