DJS 1000 &TORAIZ SP-16 SEARCH FREEZE!!

Please fix the darn browse search on these units,you put them there for a reason , i'm assuming not to just look at,both units completely freeze not allowing to do anything and it is useless and pointless to have as they are now,why so many bugs ? and i don't wanna hear any engineer garbage cause if it don't work why even bother to put search options in these units ? To hear complaints ?and pulse before you reply this aint pointing fingers at you cause aint your fault you didnt make them but if you gonna post an excuse for them then dont even bother to reply, i just cant understand why unit after unit the same freakin problems persist and nothing, zilch ,nada is being done to modify especially on the old unit that i think is called Toraiz not sure cause i dont even touch it anymore.Oh and even the midi on the DJS isnt working $1,500 + $1,200 = what ? exactly that is what i paid for these 2 bugs.Please Fix!! You make really good product look bad with all these little flaws that can be fixed,i really hope the engineers arent 4 monkeys with screwdrivers trying to fix things.EOS
