Resetting bar markers after splitting beat grid

Does anyone know how to reset the red bar markers after splitting a beatgrid? In some tracks, with a bpm slow down/speed up in the breakdown, the beats will start again out of sync, meaning you need to use the function to split the beatgrid, a simple process.

However, this will sometimes put the first beat of the bar on one of the white markers instead of the red ones. If you reset the bar function to a red marker, all the markers before the grid split change, meaning the start of the track isn't marked properly with red/white markers.

Is it possible to only change the red/white marker position for beats/bars after a grid split and not change the whole track?...
