same as on other Softwares:
bpm sync: the bpm will be matched without grids
beat sync: bpm and grids will me matched

Can somebody explain me what is the difference between the new added
option: Beat Sync or BPM sync?

with bpm sync you are not locked to the grids - thats the difference.
