Xdj rx2 freeze

Hello Pulse,

Today I`m were first time with my XDJ-RX2 on event. I read forum every day and was worried that this problem can occur. I do not have another option except RX2. And magic, XDJ-RX2 froze. =(

Luckily I had second PC running audio from show and I can fast switch to It (additional mixer).

So I used my RX2 as MIDI all event, no USB or another staff. Left Deck was playing, I add next song to Right deck, press play and raise Right Deck volume UP and it hanged.   

Is there any info regarding problem solving?

Just moved to another new one controller from the Showroom, and all was excellent !

And, Which Mixer mode (internal/External) is correct if Use it like MIDI or USB?

I check settings and it was in Internal.

The same happens to me in midi performance mode at pioneer dj.
I've already sent several poioneer files but could not or did not want to help me. I have the problems since the new windows update. have even changed from xdj to xdj2, the same problem.
Serato with another console on the same pc runs without problems.
This is the last attempt to get a solution so that the XDJ RX2 finally runs with DJ, otherwise I sell everything and finish my relationship with pioneer.

I have this problem s.on the XDJRX 1 described ... as I see it hangs on the driver. I think the problem gets Pioneer nict under control since I'm already waiting for a beat year for a solution. I have now finally made too much money broken XDJ RX1 1400euro RX2 1600Euro ... now is synonymous times closed. Yes I am very annoyed that no one helped us with this introduction problem under MIDI in performance mode. Greeting NormanHogl (aka LabelPresident) WHAT CAN I DO ???

If you tell me you have a problem with the hardware freezing, you know I'm going to ask if you've updated the firmware, if you can replicate the problem, or if you know what the conditions were under which the crash occurred. Without any other information, just telling me it crashed is too vague to start to troubleshoot.

Been searching this forum as I myself have an issue with the rx2 freezing multiple times mid set. In midi performance mode. No rhyme or reason why and completely at random. Happens virtually every weekend now and so frustrating. Have the latest Firmware releases resolved these issues ??
