Hello, I use the djm 2000 nexus in a club with 3 cdj 2000 nexus and a sp1. everything is connected in usb and performance mode. We performed with the update of our macbook pro to hight sierra. We find that the driver is not updated since November 2016 and incompatible with our mac. do you have a solution. our club reopens this Thursday (7 December 2017) and we are down.
Have you tried reinstalling the drivers since updating to High Sierra? We've noticed that updating can sometimes wipe the drivers from the system.
My 900 Nexus 2 is not working with Rekordbox in Performance mode either using latest high sierra and 900NXS 2 is updated firmware and drivers. everything works just fine in Windows 10 latest. I also made a thread about it here under XDJ https://forums.pioneerdj.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/115019361043-Having-issues-connecting-XDJ-1000-Mk2-in-Rekordbox-DJ-performance-mode-
I have tride removing drivers and Rekordbox fully and no dice it just doesnt work properly It shows connected in the pref and shows the decks are ready to play but no sound.
I hope this gets fixed ASAP Because I Purchased Rekordbox DJ to make the switch from TSP 2.
Dear Pioneer,
Please respect our time and effort trying all these walk arounds and hustling with technology , and also respect our minds and give us proper orientation with the problem so we can really be able to organise our scheduales , four months is too much for fixing a small software issue that can be fixed in a day or two and your reply is always that you are working on it and this isn't really convincing , and as far as i know , this mixer is the only one having an issue with the new operating system , so clearly it is from your side , so kindly ask the engineer who is working on it to give the matter a little bit of attention.
Thank you,
Mostafa Hany
