Problema con microfono y WEGO

Compré un micrófono Sennheiser e835, y no me funciona con la WEGO 4.

Estoy usando un cable PROEL BULK200LU5, 6.3mm Mono Plug - 3P XLR Female

tengo l mismo problema!!  como nos van a ayudar, es urgente, es mi herramienta de trabajo

The WeGO controllers require the use of an unbalanced cable (aka "mono").

I'm not sure why @Nacho's microphone wouldn't work, that's the correct cable, but unfortunately no additional details were provided by either of you as to what you've tried so I can't make any suggestions based on that information.
