Rekordbox playlists doesn't show after infected a virus

Hi 

This was bit unfortunate. I plugged my USB to laptop which contains some serious viruses. However when I plugged the to CDJs, the any RB playlists weren't showing up. :( Then I again plugged to my pc and scanned it through a virus guard and it deleted the virus which contained in my particular USB device. The virus was to hide the original files in the USB and I just ticked them to unhide. Can somebody please help explain why and how I can remedy this?
