PLX 500 terrible humming

Hello, I have 2 plx 500 that I just bought them. I connect them usually to an Allen & Heath xone23 mixer and to a HK Audio ucas Nano 606.

My problem is that when I put some gain, and by some I mean 2/10 of the volume, there's a deep horrible humming feedback that makes me put down the Bass in the mixer. Obviously I want some bass while djing.

I try with a different equipment, (more professional Allen & Heath xone:42 and HK Linear 5) and same result. I tried with line or phono and same result.

What shoul I do?

Yes, it is internally grounded, but that doesn't mean your mixer and other devices shouldn't be grounded via the mains. Are they?

So what are we supposed to do if all of our equipment is grounded and we still get the hum? Historically most if not ALL Turntables came with a ground wire we connected to the ground post near the Phono stage.

What are we to do now that we own this PLX-500 to get rid of the hum/feedback etc...???

If all the equipment is grounded, you may be experiencing a ground-loop. Perhaps try grounding only one component of your setup.

Try connecting one unit at a time - start with only the mixer, then connect the turntable, etc. See which component, when connected to the system, adds the hum.
