bpm not staying at what i type in when i move the tempo slider

Ok so i was mixing one day and must have clicked something or pressed something because this never used to happen to me, but basically lets say i am playing a track at 130 that is originally 128 i will type in 130 inside of rekordbox because it is way faster than using the slider so the slider n my ddjrb stays at 0, now lets say the next track i want to play is 132 bpm, i obviously would move the tempo slider to 132 slowly except now for some reason it changes the tempo back to the original bpm of 128 before moving up  instead of moving the tempo up from 130 which i typed in and it is already playing at, so you hear the sudden change of bpm and it totally ruins the mix i am recording. This never used to happen normally it will move the bpm up from the tempo i typed in regardless if the slider is at 0. how do i fix this?
