XDJ-RX2 Random short skips forward during standalone playback
This happens randomly but repeatedly on different tracks, for myself solo and with others b2b. A track will be playing (mine or theirs, different usbs) and the track will skip forward just a bit, like a half beat–just enough to throw off the groove.
Nothing (jog wheel etc.) is being changed by the operator while this happens, and it happens on different tracks. This is with sync off, quantize on. Anyone else experience this?
It happened twice to my friend within an hour the other night and has happened to me 3 or 4 times at least. I will try to look out for more of a pattern

Which version of rekordbox was used to analyse the tracks? What is the USB drive make/model? How is it formatted?

good questions. I updated rekordbox last week, I'm not sure which version he used. he and I both have different usb drives. Also, I have used two different brands and I'm not sure both have skipped–will make note. I believe mine are formatted fat32

I am now for the first time ever experiencing a very similar issue as this listed above on my RX2 system. I've been using it for over a year without ever experiencing such an issue, but it now happened to me in my latest 2 sets back to back, only for a few seconds, where it sounds like the track is "Skipping" in standalone play (without touching anything) and it lasts just long enough to be very noticeable as you mentioned above but then goes away on its own.
Were you able to resolve this issue since your post? What did you have to do? Would appreciate some help and feedback, thank you!
