It's possible your audio buffer size is too large, try changing it to a lower value.

Rekordbox DVS sound quality issues
Hooked up the interface 2 to my laptop and technics 1210's playing through a DJM-600. The assigned mp3's are playing on each deck, but the sound quality is awful! Am I missing something? Advice much appreciated! Thanks.

Hi, tried that and doesn't get any better, if anything quality gets worse! The standard setting gives the best result but is still very distorted! I have noticed that the DJM-600 is not on the compatible units list! But surely being a Pioneer mixer it should be ok? Or is this the cause of my problem?

Well, the mixer itself is not the best in terms of audio quality, but the compatibility with rekordbox doesn't matter as the IF2 is the compatible unit.
Have you made sure you've got the inputs from the IF2 to the mixer connected to LINE inputs and not PHONO?
