Special Characters and Issues with rekordbox.xml Paths

 This issue previously mentioned here:
https://forums.pioneerdj.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/203071089--SOLVED-Bug-Location-parsing-XML-iTunes-in-rekordbox-3-on-Mac?input_string=Special%20Characters%20and%20Issues%20with%20rekordbox.xml%20Paths

I am running into somewhat the same issue. My rekordbox.xml paths for track names with special characters include the %CC%81, %CC80, etc after the regular character in the xml file. In rekordbox, the accents on these characters appear slightly shifted over from their character, as well as rekordbox not being able to import these files because the path isn't found. Manually editing the xml, and replacing, for example, the *letter*%CC%81 code with the ascii special character enables rekordbox to import the track without issue, as well as corrects the "visual shift" of these accents.
