Merging Histories Between Collections?

So I'm running two separate collections, one on my laptop and one on my PC. Occasionally, I'll store the collection on an external drive to move between the two, but for now I have them separate.

Unfortunately, for some reason once a history is imported from a drive, it gets removed or flagged from the device and does not import on any futher collections. So now, I have a couple histories on my laptop that are not appearing on my PC and vice versa, since I plugged the drive in at different times on each over the past few days.

Is there any way to merge/import histories between collections or am I screwed?

Well I'd like to know as well - we hit a great b2b set with my friend recently but everyone has been using his own usb drive so the history recorded only the "local" tracks so we are doomed...

I was thinking about exporting the library as a xml and merging the tracks manually from there but haven't tried yet....

The CDJ's shoudl be storing the track name etc. in the history from all the linked players to all the usb drives on the network even the files are not in the local library.. The metadata are flowing on the dj link anyway so its only the cdj lazyness that it doesn't pick up and store them....

....but this will never happen....- what a shame...
