I've had the same issue!

They have not been able to help solve this problem.... See my thread with Rekordbox DJ engineering team. No results after all that back and forth =.(

I would thank you to not post ticket contents to the forum in future.

I reviewed the content of your ticket and wonder why you haven't updated beyond OS 10.10? Have you considered that it is, in fact, your computer which is part of the problem? On March 24th you posted a friend with a similar MacBook tested his computer with the controller and had the same issues -- if it was indeed the EXACT SAME model computer, it may point to an issue with that computer spec.
