Restore Collection

Hi,

I'm trying to restore my collection from a backup made (from within rekordbox) yesterday. When I choose File > Library > Restore Library and browse and select the backup, I get a couple of info prompts but the Restore Collection prompt stays at 0% (and has been at 0% for about 2 hours now). I tried earlier and cancelled it after 30 mins as I thought it had crashed.

The backup is library only (not music files) but all files are intact in the same location they always were. Is it normal to take this long or is something not right? Is there a way that I can tell if it's actually running?  The app hasn't crashed or frozen so is still responding fine.

Thanks.

The export file could have been damaged or corrupted, but so long as you've copied the contents from the zip back into the original locations, you should be good to go.

OK - so I cancelled the restore as it was stuck at 0% for ~3 hours. When I cancelled, RB stopped responding so I had to Force Quit.

On relaunch, it looked like the restore had started (the tracks I was trying to restore were visible again) but none of the artwork or waveform previews were visible. I tried a restart - but same issue.

I've tried a manual restore which seems to have sorted everything - I've unzipped the restore file and copied the Artwork and USBANLZ folders from the PIONEER folder into my Library > Pioneer folder and all appears OK.

If anyone knows of any other files I will need to copy from the backup, let me know. Otherwise I'll advise if I suffer any adverse affects.
