This is simply a settings issue. If you're using a PC, have you installed the proper drivers?

serato dj works fine I can scroll through, line up tracs cue and play. just no sound? ive restarted my computer and installed the newewst software per pioneer dj. when I unplug my mixer sound plays just fine through the computer? help. 2300 bucks is a lot to spend and not get to spin.
