DDJ-SP1 FX post fader

Good day...

Let's keep this simple.  

Setup:

• CDJ 2000nxs2 X2
• DJM 900nxs2 
• DDJ-SP1
• Serato DJ
• 2016 MacBook Pro running Sierra

All firmware is updated.

Here's the question.  How do I get post fader effects Serato on the SP1?  Effects work fine as long as I don't pull down the channel volume or slide over the crossfader.  There even is no tail on echo when I turn the volume slider down completely.  Of course it works fine with the 900nx2 on board effects, but not with the SP1.

Whatever help you can provide is appreciated.
