All playlist corrupted

All my playlist is suddenly been corrupted. The rekordbox tells me that it cannot find my songs in every playlist. When i try to relocate the song in a playlist, Recordbox tells me that the song already exists in the database. But I can not load anything. It seems like rekordbox have deleted every song i had in every playlist. But i still have them present in my original music file.

I really miss a database fixer like virtual DJ have in their software.

Please advise what i can do at this moment (I use MAC book pro with el Capitan v10.11.6)

rekordbox keeps 3 backup copies of the database; every time you launch the software, it creates a new "live" copy and moves the previous version to the next backup. If you ever notice a problem or make an accidental deletion, it is possible to roll back to the last good copy... but if you've closed / opened rekordbox more than 3 times, you've lost your "good" copy.

Regarding relocation, you can mass-relocate, but again, without knowing the particulars of what you did to the music locations, it's hard to provide concise instructions on how to repair it.

@Roger > In my experience, this happens when someone has been making changes to the location of their music, especially when it tells you the song is already in the database (because that only happens when you try to re-import it). Can you provide me with a bit more background as to what you might have done?

Are you using iTunes at all with respect to rekordbox?

I found out that the complete database was corrupted. I really miss something that could be a database fixer in rekordbox. when many songs is missing in the database, It`s not adequate to relocate one song at the time. If we cold be pointing to  a catalog instead of a file would be a great help. In this case I was forced to build up a new database (37000 songs) and all que point and loop where lost.

Something defiantly wrong, it happened again. The collection says the file (all file ) is missing. But i can relocate the files one by one. That will take me 1 year to recover. I have all my file on and external HD, and am not using iTunes. I have tryed to recover the database, but the result is the same. The collection says the files are missing, and I can relocate them.  The only thing done ,was editing cue point to some songs and then closed rekordbox (this is not good)   NOW I REALLY WANT A FUNCTION TO RECOVER THE WHOLE COLLECTION (NOT ONE BY ONE) can anyone help me ?????

@Roger > Please don't post the same problem across multiple topics; if the "corruption" is related to your drive being moved, that's a different issue.

Yes, you CAN do a mass-relocate:

...and from there, it will ask you if you want to use the same location to relocate all other missing tracks.
