No, it will not replace your card, TEORICALLY the DJM450 inboard sound card could work, but it is not certified for Traktor, so it will not work directly. It may work with some "hacking" but will not work as plug and play.

Even with some hacking from traktor it won't work.
The usb inputs (dvs) are locked to rekordbox, you can use the soundcard with any software (minus Serato) BUT only the outputs.
