Lost laptop and scratching problem

Firstly I bought a new pioneer ddj rb and my laptop was stolen withthe application but I still have the licence card and I was using performance mode and I could not scratch properly I don't know if I didnt setup well..I really want to use it really badly

If the problem is deactivating a license from your stolen laptop, please file an inquiry ticket here and our rekordbox support team can assist you in that process. Regarding the scratching issue, you'll need to explain a bit further.
