Changing bpm for playlist

Is there any way I can change the bpm of a tune so it matches all the other tunes in my playlist? Say I want to a 174 bpm dnb tune to be 172 bpm when I load it on the cdjs from my usb key so I don't have to mess with the pitch control. I just want to load and drop. Thereby creating a playlist of tunes that all load at the same bpm. Thx.

I don't think it makes sense what you are trying to achieve. The only way to do this is to edit the Audio file itself with an audioeditor program and render the pitch change into the file. This new file need  to be Imported into rekordbox and analysed.

rekordbox doesn't have audio edit functions. You will need a different program.

Btw. When using Sync function in rekordbox or on your CDJ or Controller you don't need to sorry about the pitch changes as well as rekordbox is doing it for you without changing the file. This is what you should consider.

I would just manually change the track you want to have as the main one in the playlist and then SYNC the decks so it stays there.

How do you donl the above for a whole playlist or genre so you dont have to edit each individual. I am an old school vinyl player and have a certain genre I like to beatmix with and dont rekordbox to tell me on my ddj1000 or screen what the true bpm is
