can't get cdj 850 to connect to rekordbox dvs

hi my set up is

x1 technixs 1210 x1pioneer cdj 850 and x1 djm 250 mk2

i have just bought this mixer and want to use the cvs system i have succesfully connected the technics and works perfectly but i cannot get the cdj to connect to the cvs system. i have downloaded the correct software onto a usb and tried every possible way but cannot get it to work. any ideas?

Not sure what you mean. The CDJ should be connected in the same manner as the turntable. There is no software required for the CDJ. Simply plug the RCA cables from the back of the CDJ into one of the line inputs on the DJM and play the control signal tone on the CDJ via a CD or USB drive. It should work under the same principle as the turntable.
