Rekordbox 5. Why?!?!?

Why have Pioneer decided to change the look / layout of a product that isn't even stable and fully useable yet?!?!?

 

Surely they should be spending their time working out the bugs and adding in more MIDI learn options and other for both audio and video, to at least get them somewhere near the likes of Traktor & Serato!

 

Its like a car company changing the engine and body on a car before even putting the wheels on to test drive it!!

 

C'mon Pioneer! You're better than this!!

It is rather stable, and besides the changes to the GUI, they have addressed a whole heap of concerns, issues, and other bugs. You also may not have noticed but there are some serious improvements to the CPU usage / performance aspects, as well as many behind-the-scenes changes to how the library / database work.

rekordbox has seen more updates released in the last year than either of the other guys. ;)
