ddj rr strange problem

hey i have never had any problems with my controller until today.

*when i turn on the controller the bars on the right deck turns red (pad fx, slicer, sampler) when i play any song on the right deck i need too boost the volume extremely much and sometimes it changes volume by itself between the minutes not so much but wierd 

when i hot cue, it hot ques on 2 spots at the same time

the left side of the controller is perfectly fine I have restarted the controller updated the firewire and rebooted the driver.. hmm help me please maybe it is something you know that i dont i really love this controller
