DDj RB keeps crashing?

Hey, first day I got it it was completely fine for 8 hours straight.. second day it crashed twice in two hours then about 8 ties in the next two hours... Now I can't use it for more that half an hour without it 'crashing' but it's not the program, its the controller? The only way to fix it is to disconnect the controller and reconnect it then randomly push buttons until it realises its plugged in?

I looked through some other peoples problems with minimum spec laptops, but Im using it on my desktop which is insanely powerful, I stream, edit/create movies, have 60 tracks running in recording programs, have multiple games open at a time, I have 3 screens and a TV plugged in where people are watching a movie on my tv and I am watching youtube on another monitor and have something like world of warcraft going on a third monitor, but for some reason, even with everything else closed on my PC and only RB open it STILL crashes!!

This is insanity?!?! I am not sure if I have a dud controller? Should I call the music shop and ask for another or is this just something that happens???

It doesnt crahs when Im doing anything crazy, sometimes it does but its usually just when Im listening and not even touching the controller?

The thing was only $375 dollars so I expected it to be kind of shitty but I thought in terms of quality of the physical buttons and sliders, not just crashing? How am I supposed to use this thing if it will just randomly crash? At least if it was when I was using all of th4 functions and it gets overwhelmed? but not just sitting there?
