Pioneer DDJ-RZX Play and Cue button flashing

Dear all,

I replaced my XDJ-RX by the DDJ-RZX in april this year. I like the device a lot but this week, I have the following issue: when deck 1 is activated, I can load a track but cannot start playing a track or add a cue. Also, vinyl mode cannot be (de)activated . If deck 3 is selected, everything works fin (similar as for decks2 and 4). I have the latest firmware version, latest Recordbox version and the PC has enough specifications to use the software (http://www.extremegamer.eu/nl/masterv2.html). Can anybody advise here?
