I purchased 2 CDJ 2000 NXS, and they are on firmware 1.40
I downloaded the 1.41 update and put it on formated fat32 USB, put the UPD file on pen drive and do the Power + USB + Reloop/Off, it says to insert USB. Insert USB and nothing happens.

So, You turned it off, then held USB + Reloop/Exit then hit power? Does both the USB Button and Reloop/Exit Button work? If not, then i'm not sure how you would be able to help, directly contact PioneerDJ, and they should be able to help
Is the UPD file in the root of the USB drive?
