XDJ RX V. 2.20 CRASH WITH TRAKTOR SCRATCH PRO

Salve a tutti, sono nuovo nel forum.
Ho acquistato una xdj- rx 2 anni fa e per la prima volta ieri ho provato ad usarla con traktor.
Mentre andava la traccia si è bloccata la consolle e ho dovuto riavviarla staccandola dalla corrente.
Che problema è?
