I installed the rekordbox software and the driver for my DDJ RB controller like mentioned in the guides. My sound is working fine like I wanted it. Master out is over PC, which has a Focusrite Scarlett 2i4 2nd gen connected. Headphone out is over the DDJ RB Controller. All fine, as I said.
Now the problem: I can't control the rekorbox software via the controller, I tried reinstalling the Windows 10 driver several times. I also tried reinstall the whole software several times, x64 and x32. Nothing. The DDJ RB also does not apper under "Control Device Information" in the audio preferences. I hope someone can help me.

Also, if the DDJ-RB is connected, and I press "PAD FX1" or "SLICER" on either side they don't light up, and "HOT CUE" keeps being selected. "SAMPLER" lights up as normal upon the press of the button. Don't know what to do, so please help me.
Please see this troubleshooting guide first - some of the steps, you may have already tried, but there are other steps in there which may help resolve the issue.
I would also recommend testing the unit connected to a different USB port as it's possible the RB isn't receiving enough power over the USB bus.
Im having this same issue and no luck connecting to any other usb ports
