I don't have an RX2 in front of me to confirm it, but if you don't assign an output, it should go directly to the master output.

RX2 Sampler in Performance mode
How do I get the samples to play through both channels without having to keep switching from deck 1 and 2 on the software?

I have tried this already. If I don't assign an output, it don't play anything.

by default The sampler is mapped to the aux input, just use the AUX TRIM knob to send the sampler to the master. ( you have to put aux switch in the off position in order to use it)
