XDJ 700 Pro Link Problems

Hey there, i bought 2 xdj 700. Everything works fine. Usb Play, HID Play (with USB). but i dont get pro link connected.

Tried everything. I play with the same laptop in 4 different clubs with different Pioneer CDJs (2000 NXS 2, 2000 NXs, 900 ...)

and it always works. So its not a Problem with my setup or cable or anything that  you will surely ask. 

I installed all drivers, did a firmware update on the xdjs...

Its not working.

It tries to connect but it takes minutes and nothing happens.

What can i do ???
