Haven't noticed this myself, can you go to the dealer and compare before deciding what to do next?
Bought some 2000 NX2's. Out of the box the hot cue buttons seem to have lots of movement before they engage. As if they're too high from the tactile switch beneath the button.
On my old cdj's the hot cues felt tight and solid like the other buttons on the unit.
Has anyone else noticed this on their Nexus 2's ?

I bought mail order (from a great reputable dealer) but thought I'd see if this just how they are before going through the hassle of trying to get them shipped back.
Do yours feel as snug and solid as the play and cue buttons?
The only difference ive noticed from my other cdjs are that the Jogs on the NXS2 are way much looser even on the hardest setting. Which i don't appreciate at all.
To be frank, i use my other players alot more than my nxs2s. They seem more stable when it comes to feel and playability.
I just love my old vanilla CDJ 2K, they are solid as rocks, much like the CDJ 1000 mk3s. Never give me any hassle. Sound great, easy to use and just runs like clockwork.
And one more thing. you don't have this waveform staring you right in the face that sometimes is frustrating and get you to loose focus mainly the crowd.
