Sorry, looks like the pitch fader hardware itself is faulty; please contact Pioneer DJ technical support in your region to have the unit inspected and serviced.
I have had my ddjsx2 for a long time now and a few days ago the right pitch fader broke. It only works when I want to slow down the tempo, whenever I move the fader towards me the bmp will go all over the place and never actually show the right bpm. https://youtu.be/jHLBd5S_T_0 Any help would be nice. I have already cleaned it with Deoxit fader cleaner/lubricant.

Sounds like a MIDI miscommunication. First and foremost, please make sure you are running the latest DDJ-SX2 firmware.
If you have confirmed your firmware is up to date and you are still experiencing this issue, let's try a factory reset. This is going to revert any changes you may have made in utility mode back to the original factory settings.
Thank you for the reply. I checked my firmware and it is up to date. I also reset the controller. Neither worked, the problem has been getting progressively worse so now the software doesn't even recognize that I have increased the tempo on channel 2 and 4. Note that it works if I decrease the tempo. Any more suggestions would be nice.
