Pioneer DDJ-RX, audio lag.

Hello,

I have been using the Pioneer DDJ-RX for a while now. He has always worked well but I am now having a problem. Namely audio lag. The sound stops for a mili-seconds approximately every 30 seconds.

After some research on the internet, I already reinstalled rekordbox, reinstalled all audio drivers and increased the audio buffer but all without result.

I am using Rekordbox 5.0.3 now. But I have the problem since Rekordbox 4.

These are the specifications of my laptop, more than is required for Rekordbox Performance mode:

Operating System

                Windows 7 Professional 64-bit SP1

CPU

                Intel Core i5 5200U @ 2.20GHz 60 °C

                Broadwell-U 14nm Technology

RAM

                8.00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 798MHz (11-11-11-28)

Motherboard

                ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. X555LJ (SOCKET 0)     61 °C

Graphics

                Algemeen PnP-beeldscherm (1366x768@60Hz)

Intel HD Graphics 5500 (ASUStek Computer Inc)

                2047MB NVIDIA GeForce 920M (ASUStek Computer Inc)              52 °C

                ForceWare version: 387.92

                SLI Disabled

Storage

                465GB Samsung SSD 750 EVO 500GB ATA Device (SSD) 37 °C

Optical Drives

                TSSTcorp CDDVDW SU-228GB ATA Device

Audio

                Realtek High Definition Audio

I hope you can help me and if there are other people who are affected by this problem.

I need help quickly because I need my DJ controller for my drive-in shows.

Regards,

Justin

Do you have any other USB devices connected? Or perhaps BT or wifi enabled? File sharing services? Antivirus?
