Official comment
There is currently no option to output in mono from rekordbox, sorry. It is on the request list but we don't have a timeline for implementation.

Rekordbox mono/stereo output
Hi, I am using rekordbox with the DDJ-RB and i Need a mono Output of the ddj. i couldnt find a sollution so far. is it possible to Switch from Stereo to mono ?
