XDj RX2 Rekordbox DJ Problem

Hi, I have a problem with my XDJ RX2. I have already installed the audio driver to my computer (MAC) and follow the instructions of the manual to connect my RX2 to Rekordbox DJ. The problem is that is not working, it doesnt show me the music, the wave form, there is no sound, basically it doesnt work. But the software detected the RX2. I dont know how to fix this.

I've already restarted the computer, unplug and plug the usb cable.

Please help me. Thanks!

If you want to use the XDJ-RX2 in LINK mode, you need to also install the LINK EXPORT driver, properly configure the firewall for your operating system, and have the unit in rekordbox mode, not MIDI mode. rekordbox itself should be in EXPORT mode, not PERFORMANCE mode.

Thanks for the answer! Actually, Im using it in Link Mode but my problem is when I want to use it with Rekordbox Dj, using the software. It doesnt work in this mode, I press the Midi button and select the two loads (1,2) and nothing happens.

Hello, I also have the same problem, I bought the xdj rx2, I followed the procedure to install rekordbox, but when I want to use it in midi mode is not recognized by the softwere. In the midi section of rekordbox is not added, the softwere only recognizes the sound card.

@Javier > Sorry, somehow missed your reply above; please check the Audio MIDI Setup application > MIDI Studio window to see if the XDJ-RX2 has an icon. Here's an example of my devices:

You may need to scroll around to see if the XDJ-RX2 on that page -- if it's there, select it and delete it. If it's not there, that's part of the problem, but here's what you can do in either case... click the dropdown at the top of the window, select New Configuration and create a new config - name it "2018" or something. It will scan for MIDI devices, hopefully the RX2 shows up. Put the unit in MIDI mode and see if it responds with rekordbox. You can check the bottom of the Audio configuration page in the preferences to see if it's listed as a control device:
